If you have been watching our videos for some time, you probably already know that we always invite people into our models to see first hand what they can expect. Today, we walk you through what you can expect on one of our home tours, beginning right here on this video.

As you walk through the space, you will quickly notice some of the amazing features that are included in our homes – and without any additional charge. Unlike other builders, our commitment is to provide our homeowners with everything they could possibly want without breaking their bank. We also realize that people desire their own touches and that’s why we have many selections that are completely customizable. When you first enter one of our models, conveniently open seven days a week from noon to six, you do not need an appointment. Our Sales Representatives will show you all that you can expect. Next, you will receive a tour through a model home, with demonstrations of most of our standard features, showcased in our models unlike other builders that choose to display only the most expensive of options.
