We’ve designed and developed many homes over the years and with each season, each floor plan and each design – we take the feedback we get from our valued clients and then turn that feedback into tangible outcomes. One of the changes we’ve brought into our new floor plan incorporates a popular feature that many homeowners desire. Built with family in mind, our front porches are spacious and provide ample view into the already family-friendly neighborhoods.
Wider, Open Spaces in Living Areas
Living spaces, including the kitchen, in our newest floor plans include wider walkways and more spacious areas throughout. Ample cabinets and plenty of counter space in addition to large kitchen islands, add to the already attractive kitchens. Not only does this enhance the overall design of our homes but it also makes the entire home more open and accessible, giving homeowners much more space to enjoy.
Additional Wood Floor Packages
Wood flooring has gained a lot of popularity during the past couple decades. So much so that rather than carpeting, wood flooring has become the number one choice for many homeowners. With the addition of several new wood flooring packages, our clients can now enjoy a variety of choices when customizing their own home. We also offer ceramic tiling as an option.
Enhanced Computer and Living Areas
The trend of having secondary computer and satellite office space is definitely picking up – and we make it a priority to address the needs of Celebrity Homes’ clients. Giving our homeowners more space to live in, play in and work in – we are glad to make our homes even more functional and well laid out.
Refined Finishing Touches
Sticking with our theme of providing our clients with stylish, comfortable and highly functional homes, we have included some new design elements into our newest floor plans. Wider baseboards have always been a design feature liked by many clients – so we have brought them right into our standard floor plans for the Sagewood and Palisades communities.
The basements have high ceilings that are flush and very attractive, making the sublevel space even more usable. The new floor plans also feature full size decks, including covered decks, in addition to the attractive façade options already available to choose from.
