Improving Your Home Before Purchase: We Do That!
Watch on a mobile device >>
Buying a used home can sometimes present a unique set of challenges. But, when you buy a new home from Celebrity Homes, we want to change that perception. We make our homes modern before we even put it on the market. We have your distinctive 21st century needs in mind and we want to meet those needs.
What Needs to Change?
When you move into a new home, there are several things you typically want to consider updating and replacing to give your home a new modern feel and updated look. We do all of this before you even look at one of our homes.
A few of the things we might modernize are:
• Light fixtures
• Ceiling fan
• Kitchen cabinets
• Countertops
• Kitchen sink
• Floors
• Carpets
• Appliances
• Paint
We don’t want you to mess with all of this before you move into your new home. It could be a real headache and turn your dream home into a bit of a nightmare. So we’ve done all of the hard work for you before you even move in.
Yes! It’s All Included!
At Celebrity Homes, we want you to move into your new home with it already looking the way you want it. No need to worry with changing out this or that, we’ve already done it for you.
We try to think of every detail when we go into a home to make it exactly fit what the modern home buyer needs. We even consider window coverings and include those in the home, as well.
Check out one of our homes. We think you will be amazed at how it looks. After we put our unique spin on it to modernize it, we think you will be pleased with the results. And you just might find a home is just as good, and often cheaper, than a used home.

Look beyond the obvious, when viewing houses. Don’t be seduced by the selling agent’s attempt to stage the home. The property you just looked at, with the horrid odor, may actually be a better buy than the house you are currently viewing, with the chocolate chip cookies baking in the oven. Don’t base your purchase on the adorable window coverings or lovely rose bushes, as those are all things that you can add to a property. In your mind, strip away the seller’s personal belongings and decorator touches (both good and bad) and look at the possibilities of the property.
