The new home warranty that comes with the purchase of your home is already there. But we take pride in our home communities and take it one step further. Within a few days of closing on your Celebrity Home, you will receive your Home Buyer’s Warranty booklet in the mail. This literature will outline in great detail, all the areas of the home that are covered under this fantastic warranty program.

Coverage for Ten Years From Closing

The HBW 2-10 provides added peace of mind for more reasons than just one. Not only can you enjoy hassle-free filing of claims (if the situation should arise) but on top of that you will be dealing with our own in-house specialists. In the rare instance that you should need to use your warranty, working with a staff that you are already familiar with will be easy and comforting.

The “2-10” in HBW 2-10 reflects the tiered system of coverage depending on the various areas of the home. During the first year after closing, all workmanship and materials are covered. In the second year all systems are covered – key areas of the home that, by then, if there were any malfunction would have surfaced. This includes things like plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems. Beyond that there is the ten year warranty on other issues in the home – all detailed in your booklet that you will receive once you have moved into your home.

In addition to all the above warranties, there are also manufacturer’s warranties on the components of the home where applicable further coverage is provided. This would apply to things like major appliances, water heater, flooring or other aspects of the home.
