We get a lot of interest in our homes and of course what search is complete without a look at the center of the home, the kitchen? Recognizing that we are often dealing with clients of many varying needs, we have put together two very distinctive styles of kitchens for our homebuyers. But a lot of times people have no idea what to expect and neither do they know the difference between one type of kitchen and the other. Here is a quick look at the two so you can determine which might better suit your needs.
Designer Kitchens
These kitchens typically have a good sized island, lots of counter space, a good number of cabinets – including a huge pantry cabinet designed to offer ample storage – plus standard kitchen appliances (always included). The center island in a designer kitchen will typically also have an extended counter top for barstools. Clients may choose from black, white or stainless steel appliances and have the ability to customize some features such as the cabinet styles and flooring type.
Gourmet Kitchens
For those homebuyers that want to up the ante in their kitchen, we also offer the gourmet style. These kitchens have upgraded lighting fixtures to accommodate specific lighting needs that are typically present in gourmet kitchens – making it easier for certain food preparation as well as adding to the aesthetic feel of the space. Larger islands are also common for this style as well as a lot of counter space to compliment this enhanced design. Additional cabinets, a large walk-in pantry and a sizable dining area add yet another reason this plan is so highly desirable.
We invite you to come on out to one of our models and experience these amazing kitchens for yourself. Or you can also visit our website www.CelebrityHomesOmaha.com for more information. We look forward to meeting with you soon!
